Questions
What counts as a route?
One truck or crew out working. A two-person truck is one route; three trucks are three routes. Office staff, admins and customers never count.
Do my crews need iPhones?
The crew app is for iPhone, and it keeps tracking with the screen locked. Any phone can use the website, including Android, but it only records GPS while the page is open.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. Service reports and invoices come by email, and the customer portal is a website. Customers with an iPhone can use the app too if they like.
What if there's no signal on site?
Crews keep working. Check-ins, photos and completions are saved on the phone and sent in order when the signal comes back, with the time they really happened.
How is my data kept safe?
Every business has its own separate database. Everything is sent encrypted, backed up encrypted every night, and staff can protect their sign-in with a code from an authenticator app. Customers only ever see their own properties.
Can I bring my customer list?
Yes. Send it over and we'll help load your properties and schedules when we set you up.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. There's no contract, and you can take your invoices and reports with you.
